Refund policy

We cannot accept the return of cut pieces of fabric unless it is faulty.  You must advise us within 3 days of receipt and await confirmation of how to return the fabric to us.

We will accept the return of jelly rolls, charm squares, scrap bags and layer cakes providing they are unopened and still in their original packaging.  If you have changed your mind that's fine, but you must pay for the return delivery and use a service to confirm delivery to us.  Please email us if you wish to return an item and await our confirmation before returning.  Upon receipt and inspection we will arrange to refund you.  Refunds can take up to 2 days to process plus the time it takes to go via your bank/original form of payment.
